Haven't actually tried t yet, but my idea would be to plot several ( 2-4 ?)
different, but tactically reasonable plans and determine randomly at the end
(!) of the cloaking period which one was adopted. That way, the "enemy"
doesn't know what the cloakers are doing and must be ready for various
possibilities.
