I just based up some 1/87 civilians (for Zombie/Riot/Innocent Bystander 
scenarios).  Due to the material (plastic) they have much less heft than
the 
15s I plan to use them with.  The 15s are nearly a head taller and much 
"beefier".  For Vehicles ROCO works well too.
