I've seen the Bladerunner spinner car as a kit berfor, but this is the
first one with an interior. About the same price as I had seen for solid
"curb-side" models as well.

  Looks like a bladerunner cop car (the flying one) in 1/48th scale...
that seems about right for 25-28mm....
