One thing to keep in mind: Fabricating a durable ring shape with styrene
is
a challenge. Casting it and getting it to stay round, not warp, and be
good
enough not to be pretty fragile at the smaller thicknesses (or brittle)
is
going to be a second sort of challenge.

If you do ever sort out this conundrum, I'm interested in both the
methods
you use (please take in-process pictures of the production process you
use)
and in the final results. I like the look.
