To each his own.

Over the years, I have come to more and more appreciate games where the 
ground scale is similar to the figure scale and to dislike the 
distortions inherent in off-scale games.

That said, Stargrunt can also be played with small figures (15 mm, 6mm 
etc.) and it should be possible in any new edition.
