The most obvious options would be

SGN-16A
Female NSL Trooper kneeling. with Laser designator

SGN-17B
NSL Comms/EW specialist with Laptop keypad. kneeling.

And for kitbashing, the arm with the missile launcher is a separate
piece  
on these two, so if you can trim the launcher away or sculpt an  
alternative arm you should be able to make weapons crew figures.

SGN-12B
NSL Support Trooper with four-round Missile Launcher. full armour.  
advancing.

SGN-13B
NSL Support Trooper with four-round Missile Launcher. full armour.  
kneeling firing.

I think all the other troops have their weapons sculpted close to their 

bodies making conversion rather difficult.
