Emergency backup listserver active

Thanks to DOCAgren for letting me know that there was a problem with the
mailman installation on scotch. Looks as though it's filled up a disc.
While Mark is getting it fixed, please feel free to use this backup
listserver, gzg@firedrake.org. The subscriber list is up to date as of
25 June.
