According to starwarsmodels.com:
The AT-AT in 1:100 is 8"(20cm) high.
The AT-ST in 1:54 is 6.25" high. This would be 3.4"(8.5cm)in 1:100.
So, anything between 7cm and 10cmm would be ok I suppose.
