History Lesson:
     Destroyers, AKA Torpedo Boat Destroyers,
were created to deal with the automobile 
torpedo being carried by ships of 700 to 1100
tons, AKA Torpedo Boats.
     The MTB, MGB, PT, E-boat, or S-boat was
a WWII creation.
