    Hoagland is such a loon.  Whenever you're wondering if NASA is
covering up
  evidence of alien civilizations, just think about what would happen to
their
  budget if they did reveal such evidence (hint: it would become
effectively
  unlimited).  Why would anyone develop such a conspiracy and then
release the
  photo's that these guys claim would expose it?  Sigh...
