FTJava Web Pages updated

The FTJava Web pages have been updated.

I'm planning on introducing a new client interface
on the next release in mid-to-late May.

One feature that was added in the V0.15 release in March
was the use of FTL arrival.  A scenario designer can now have
ships and fleets arrive on specific turns into the battle.  (It
also gives a scenario designer the opportunity to be sneaky
with the players.)

The playtest scenario featured FTL arrival predominantly. :-)
