Despite dire and repeated warnings, a combined Australian/Scottish
expedition has been formed to locate the Lost Elephant Graveyard of
King Solomon's Mines and rescue Tomb's soul (plus any priceless
artifacts, gold, diamonds, or ivory that they just happen to stumble
across).  They will also investigate and disprove the unfortunate and
unfounded rumors which have been troubling the colonial citizenry of
late--i.e., those wild tales of aerial pirates, zombie warriors, huge
lizards, haunted mountains, and of course the dreaded swarms of
African Killer Sheep.

The members of this expedition are:
    Count Rudi von Hudak--expert hunter and adventurer
    Dr Miskatony Finan--noted paranormal researcher
    Rutherford Richards--fearless surveyor and a Son of the Charm
    Captain John Lechery--bold British officer, and cousin to the
renowned Sir Harry Flashman
    J.M. Fulton--inexperienced but intrepid newspaper reporter
    Rev. Dr. Murray Stewart--zealous missionary and physician
    Sgt. Ian Atkinson--veteran soldier and engineer
    Baa'tullah Bouz--faithful Zanzibari guide
    plus a troop of loyal askaris, wearing their traditional red
shirts.
