According to "Marinearsenal 25, Die Schlachtschiffe der Kaiser-Klasse",
those ships had 5 underwater tubes for 50 cm torpedos. One bow tube and
2
broadside tubes each side, forward and behind of the first / last
turret.
They shot forward, 20 degrees to the left/right of the ship's axis,
apparently in fixed mountings (the text is not too specific about that).
Total load of 19-20 torpedos. No info about reloading times.
