SEATO - South East Asia Treaty Organisation.

Extinct since about 1976 IIRC.

SEATO RatPacks were great - Dogbiscuits, Tinned Butter, Jam Concentrate,
and all you need is a few litres of water to wash it down... had some
really nifty stamped-metal canopeners in every box too.
