17,550,656 bytes *is* 16.7 MB. Due to computers using binary numbers
rather 
than decimal ones 1 MB is not 1,000,000 bytes but rather 2^20 =
1,048,576 
bytes; 17,550,656/1,048,576 = 16.7 once you've rounded to one decimal.

I very much doubt it - more likely a problem with your ISP, since I have

exactly the same problem and I'm on the same side of the pond as Jon.

Paul, would it be possible to break the Dirtside-II.pdf file up into 4-5

smaller .pdf files like the .pdf MT is?
