This comes under the general rules - particularly 'BEAM DIE' and
'SEPARATE "HITS" FROM "DAMAGE"'. In short, yes, if they'd get a reroll
in the normal course of events they get one in these cases too. (I
suppose it's possible that there might some day exist a weapon which
doesn't reroll consistently, but it hasn't happened yet.)
