Another thing that isn't spelled out:  Are the AMTs one-shot weapons? 
It 
seems to combine rules from SML's and PBL and is called a "Torpedo"  as
well.  
PBL and Pulse Torps don't track ammo, but SMLs do.   Calling it a
one-turn 
missile seems to indicate they're one-shots, but could also be
interpreted to 
be a clarification that they don't last more than one turn (as I think
PBLs 
do?).

Finally, don't they require arcs?  Or are they exclusively single-arc
weapons?
