So what is the number of elements - fire teams - (and why) that your
forces have in an APC or MICV?

General rules for me :

Recon - 1 Infantry element

APCs - almost always 3 elements per APC; usually 2 infantry and/or
assault plus a APSW, LAD, GMS/L (since APC's are essentially APSW armed
in most cases.)

MICV's - depending on weapon size versus vehicle size, I try for 2 per
MICV but sometimes only get 1.	Size 2 APCs with GMS/L and 2 fire teams
seem practical and cheap.

Assault Infantry MICV/APC - as above I use 1 or 2

Transport - at least one nation has large independent platoons/companies
with vehicle carrying 3 or 4 Fire teams per c\vehicle (essentially
armored trucks.)

Gracias,
Glenn
