Do not forget infrastructure can have defenses. Local point defense
ships do not need to pay for hyper drive.  Defense stations do not even
need maneuver.	This can lead to a greater cost in missiles needed to
overwhelm the defenses. What you get is an arms race.
However in a one off game you get cheese whiz (A short one sided game
good for a few laughs in retrospect).
