Having just got the Firefly DVD set and watched some of the extras, 
Zoe (Gina Torres) springs obviously to mind in this context....  ;-)

A bit in the blooper reel with Zoe and Wash laughing their heads off 
in one of their "bedroom scenes" is wonderful.....
