Agreed, but it makes things a lot more complex. Maybe
a ZADFC that's independent will be sized/costed based
on how many vehicles it can control, and should be
more for Anti-aircraft and not so much good at
anti-GMS.

Agreed, which brings me back to the question, how
should these systems be affected in performance by
their weapon type/class to account for round
velocity/rate fo fire?

You are correct, but that's for a normal turret, not
one of our special enhanced-traverse ZAD turrets....
