And for a valid game, whatever you believe, I couldn't agree more.  I
tried to work
out Thor-style/Rock-chucking/Orbital domination a little while ago (and
ignored the
dodginess of Beam weapons) and DE-justified major ground assaults
without Orbital 
Superiority apart from a limited engagement (FMAS, SG, quickly landed
brigade vs 
brigade with NO orbital superiority - I think that matches another
comment).

It seems to me that even when faced with total Orbital SUperiority and
the dominance 
that can give, any defender is going to head to population centers,
start a guerilla
war and diversify: FMAS/SG area, from a gaming viewpoint.

Ooops.	Does that strike a chord with anyone (apologies for any
memories)?
