Some kind of light AT weapon punched a hole in an 
M1A1 that went through the skirt, side armor 
(under the turret ring) through the inside, 
across the fighting compartment (grazed the 
gunner's vest) and imbedded itself in the left 
side armor to a depth of about 2-3 inches.
