Nope.

Of course Neptune/Uranus-sized ocean worlds would have a fairly
high level of gravity at the 'surface'.  ;-)  But it is feasible
that smaller worlds also developed as ocean.

If anything ever comes to pass I'll try to let you guys know.  ;-)
