John, thanks for the scale info!  As for getting them off the bases, the
vehicles themselves pretty much pry off with your fingers.  You have to
be a
little gently but I popped about 12 off last night with no real issues. 
The
infantry on the other hand....

The Mechwarrior stuff is N-gauge or 1/160th or so. Good luck getting the

putting the figures in the freezer to make the glue brittle, but I've
