stargrunt the way I see it run in many 
cases, the players absorb the fact the 
command units activations are not 
penalized by lack of LoS or proximity (nor is 
rallying) and thus they pin the company 
command unit at the far back of the board, 
so I'm not even sure there is lead-from-the-
front mentality at the platoon level.
