Does Jon have a trademark?

Unlike copyright, trademarks do not exist automatically. Unless Jon 
has registered Ground Zero Games as a trademark then he has no legal 
right to stop anyone else using that name. Looking at the latest 
catalogue and FB2 I see no mention of Ground Zero Games being a 
trademark, so I would hazard a guess that it isn't.

Yup. Always best to get legal advice from professionals. Never trust
