[SG2] Anything Missing from the Index???

Hi, gang.

I discovered an entry missing from the Stargrunt II Index. It's not a
biggie,
but I want to add it. I plan to update the index at the end of the week.
If
you have anything you noticed missing from my SG2 index, or something
incorrect, please let me know now so that I can add it to the next
update.
