Grav vehicles implies anti-gravity system.  This implies a massive
signiture.  If you want to have the option where they create a
temporospatial distortion, fine.  But that would imply that nothing
outside
could see in, and nothing inside could see out.  Or you just re-invented
Black Globes from Traveller...
