[SG] Islamic Fed TO -- Cavalry

I'm open to suggestion for Islamic Fed cavalry units (regardless of what
the IF calls them).  These should be using hi-mob wheeled, GEV, or
possibly
fast tracked vehicles.	Mission is recon, counterrecon, security,
harassment and channelizing--they could harass enemy main force units
but
would not stand and slug it out.  If you're of an historical bent, think
Turcoman light horse.
