Interesting, reminds me of the discussion of enemy peoples in Byzantine
manuals ;-)
I can't really put my finger on the cause, but somehow I found the
"enemy"
chapters in Maurikios "Strategikon" a more fascinating read. Perhaps
because
of some interspersed anecdotes and hearsay prejudices about other
people's
military culture. Might be interesting to see something in that style
about
the NAC ;-)
A technical comment. My browser (Internet Explorer) leaves the .txt
format
lines as loooooooong lines the regularly exceed the browaser window.
Doing
it in even very basic HTML would make it easier to read.
