main threat I forsee is from NGOs. If 
anyone can get a starship, suddenly the 
high speed ram becomes something the 
Sword of Allah or the Michigan Militia can 
attempt. Similarly the rock thing, and it 
doesn't cost you a $20 million/billion 
starship.
