[SG2] Hardtack Version Changes

Oh, I forgot to mention this...

The current version of Hardtack is 1.4. Those of you who received 1.2 or
earlier will want to pick up the latest version. I made significant
changes to
the scale of the game (from 1:1 to 1:3 and 1:5), added different
artillery
rules, and added a number of advanced rules.

Otherwise, the core rules are still the same.
