Laserlight:

One might argue that wounded should count for 0.5 instead of 1.0 in the
"who gets hit" category, but one might equally argue for equal treatment
(assuming everyone eats dirt when fire comes in). I wouldn't apply it to
the dead as to me the hit roll subsumes "affecting living squad
members".

Andromeda:

RBW pointed out that my Andromeda was huge. The weapons loadouts could
be converted different ways. You could arbitrarily half everything and
probably end up with something around 250 mass. That would be big, but
still within the realm of usable in the game. I was just trying for some
sort of a scaling by capability, not finding a playable design.

And to Allan: I enjoy the show as I did Herc/Xena. Why? It's fun. It's
about heroes and villains. It's about attempting to wrestle order from
chaos, light from darkness, etc. Sure it is escapist fluff, and silly in
parts, but it is fun! (And besides, I want a Force Lance). Oh, and I've
added you to the list for the Scalist Heresy Inquisition too.

Basing 6mm for SG2:

Take DS2 base. Take DS2 figs. Instead of glueing them in, drill the
center of each indentation on the base and the center of each figure
base. epoxy in s short bit of brass rod. Thus can a figure be
inserted/removed to allow 1) squad construction as one sees fit and 2)
removal of casualties.

Just a thought, haven't tried it yet, but it ought to be workable.
