And another note... 90+% of all viruses in the wild propagate via MS 
Outlook. Use a different email client (and uninstall Outlook or Outlook 
Express) and you'll be fine. I'm using Mozilla (mozilla.org) as a POP3 
client, and it's great. We use it at work as an IMAP client. Some 
viruses can still mess you if you launch them, but it can't spread.
