Sorry about that, misunderstood the question.

A Fireteam (in the Modern US Army) has either 3 (in mechanized Infantry)
or 
4 (in light/airborne Infantry) troops and are lead by either an E-4 
(Corporal/Specalist) or an E-3 Private First Class (in a pinch)
