'Project Plowshare' was the US version < yes the USSR not to left out
had 
their version too :) > one of it's aims was to build a completely new

BTW one of the people involved in the project ( besides Teller, father
of 
the hydrogen bomb ) was a fellow by the name of 'Dyson', that name ring

bells?
