OTOH, the RPG was fine :-)

For a better set of Millennium Falcon internals, try the "Star Wars
Incredible Cross-Sections" (or something like that).

Ertl, I think, unfortunately, I think its the same moulding as mine
(which I got many years before the fibre-optic one came out).

There are certain inaccuracies - like they left of its main guns!
(noticeable if you know where to look :-)

Revel/Monogram did the Galactica stuff IIRC.

On a (slightly) related topic, does anyone here remember a modelling
magazine article describing a "Star Trek" battle game played using an
assortment of Ertl Trek Kits and conversions thereof (including a
federation dreadnought built from two movie Enterprises) - and a large
room?
