Well, we CAN combine the two offers - take the Starter deal for 22 UKP,
and
add the other two books (FB1 and FB2) for just 12 UKP extra (total 34
UKP
for three books and two starter fleets). As with anything else that
isn't
specifically listed in the online store, just explain what you want in
the
"comments" section.

BTW, the rules are definitely on the store site - try looking under "R"
for
Rules......  ;-)
