What I'm stressing is that they are becoming more sigificant as the 
Red on Blue Casualties go down. Look at the current conflict. 
There've been nearly as many if not more Journalist killed by Red 
forces in Afganistan as there have been Soldiers. Accidents have 
claimed more lives than the others and there have been several Blue 
on Blues of significant note that resulted in deaths.

The ratio has become very close to 1 where as it was far far smaller 
during those other older conflicts.
