Israel has a "kamikaze" UAV (IIRC called "Harpy") with a HE charge, 
intended to loiter until it locates an enemy radar installation and then

crash into it and blow it up. Not a long-ranged weapon, but definitely a

UAV intended for more direct action than combat :-/
