Slightly more seriously, they would prefer a "neutral" supplier,
i.e.from a
country that would not offend the big powers around Switzerland or that
is
too obviously involved in permanent conflict, so I would think the
Japanese
or Oceanic Union are likely, the UN (as far as they sell spaceships) are
possible. They might buy some stuff from any of the major powers (NSL,
NAC,
FSE,ESU), but avoid tying themselves to a single supplier. As an rich
and
advanced nation, they are likely to have (limited) design and production
capacity. New Israel or the Islamic Conf.seem pretty unlikely.
