I dunno about that.  IIRC from the fluff, the RH and ESU don't exactly
get along, and given that the FSE and ESU are nominal allies, it might
be a somewhat sticky situation for the RH to buy from the FSE.	My guess
would be the NSL (given the physical proximity of their home
territories) followed by the NAC, along with some of their own homegrown
designs.
