Much as I hate White castle - One word - Grits.
Okay, let me cushion that. Grits, prepared in the military.
Recently our Sunday School class had an "international" Night Party
(Missions) (Ngozi fixed a Nigerian dish, usual things Ethnic inspired
dishes) and we allowed one member to bring grits (Wife of teaching Elder
for our class, a nice Southern Lady) since that was 'another culture' in
a sense. Hers was not only edible, but good. That's 1. Until then I
never figured why they considered it food.
