Sounds interesting and a very useful method to introduce novice 
players to the game.  I'd be interested in the scenarios you've 
developed.

I've also developed an introductory scenario that I've used at 
the East Coast Convention called the Estrell Convoy Assault Training
for six players, three players per side.

Each side gets to play the attacking heavy cruisers against a well 
defended freighter convoy so they end up playing two games during 
the four hour time slot.  The winning side is determined by the most
victory points scored against the freighters.

I can post it to the list if anyone's interested.
