Hey! You could get some rectangles of card (say 3), stick some bits of
scrap
on them and paint them up as buildings etc., then fit them _inside_ the
bottle, evenly spaced around the circumference.  Paint the outside of
the
bottle where the "built-up areas" are, and leave the rest clear as
"windows"
to make a classic O'Neill station as seen in numerous popular science
articles.
