Well, 

"Double Zero" does have that ring but it's a ring everyone has heard. 
"I originally had one named "Black 13" but wanted to try and see how
this related to Roulette odds.	I think I'll still use it and come up
with a different reasoning - perhaps it's the commander's favorite
roulette combo or something.
