Glenn's comment concerning CAS in DSII reminded me of something I
noticed
shortly after the previous comments about the Devilfish/Hammerhead.

Before we get TOO salivating, take a look at what seems to me to have
been
an obvious influence, Star Wars Episode I's Trade Fed Tank... *heh heh*

Not that that can't be fielded as an interesting item itself.
