Just do the chevrons in black on your camo (assuming your camo does not
use
black as a primary color) without a background.

Sort of like the Alies chevron "A" used in the gulf war, but smaller and
in
a circular patern.

That's the national flag - Noam has also created a slightly different
military insignia
