FTSR Updated

After a long pause for family illness related issues, I am
beginning to get back to updating the Full Thrust Ship 
Registry.

I now have 525 Fleet Book style designs registered. I have also added a
Cybertank (Ogre) Division and have done some work on the Armor
(Dirtside)
and Infantry (Stargrunt) Divisions as well.

I want to thank everyone for their patience and invite you to take a
look.
